My Research discusses two Ayurvedic interventions—Swarnaprashan and Nasya—as potential adjunct approaches for supporting cognitive and neurological health in children.
Swarnaprashan
Swarnaprashan is described as a Medhya Rasayana (cognitive-supportive therapy) traditionally used to promote:

My Research proposes that Swarnaprashan may influence neurotransmitter regulation and neuroplasticity, potentially supporting children with ADHD.
Nasya
Nasya involves administration of selected medicated formulations through the nasal route. According to my research, Nasya may support:
